A little space for your own decision
COOLDOWN helps you save items, pause before purchasing and reflect on decisions. You remain responsible for your choices. It is not financial, medical or other professional advice, and does not promise savings or a particular outcome. These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Free and Plus
Free includes the first five items you add in total. Archiving or deleting items does not restore the allowance. An active monthly or yearly Plus subscription allows additional items and Plus features. Existing records, core decisions and data exports remain accessible if Plus ends.
Subscription billing
The App Store displays the price, billing period and applicable taxes before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscriptions. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Removing COOLDOWN does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests, subject to applicable law. Use Restore subscriptions if your verified access is missing.
Links and captured information
COOLDOWN is not the seller of linked products and does not complete purchases at those shops. Captured names, photos, prices, availability and options come from the page or your entries and may be incomplete, incorrect or outdated. Check the merchant’s current terms and price before buying. Opening a shop link does not record a purchase in COOLDOWN.
Your content and sharing
You retain rights in your content. You permit the processing necessary to store, display, sync and share it as you request. Only save or share material you are entitled to use. Household sharing is voluntary; review the preview and recipients. Other people may retain copies after access is removed.
Use and availability
Do not use COOLDOWN to violate others’ rights, distribute unlawful material, interfere with the service or evade security measures. Keep your device and Apple Account secure. Features depending on Apple, merchants, networks or device permissions may be unavailable or delayed. Keep an export of important records. We may update features or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security or material misuse, subject to applicable consumer law.
Responsibility and consumer rights
We exercise reasonable care in providing COOLDOWN. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party purchases or losses caused by inaccurate merchant information, misuse or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory guarantees and consumer remedies. Your mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply.
Changes and contact
The publisher identified in the App Store listing provides COOLDOWN. Contact max.boko@outlook.com for support or questions about these terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where required. New charges or subscription changes remain subject to Apple’s confirmation and notification requirements.
Apple’s Standard EULA
